too weak

this is the last day of my two weeks paternity leave. it has been a marvel to behold. our newest daughter, ivey, is home and happy, not to mention growing, and willow and attica have been a blast, too. misty and i have been way busy, cleaning and organizing our house; it seems to never end, but i think we like it that way.

we didn't leave the house during the past two weeks! this has felt like months being home and i'm going to miss it! we've watched the garden come back from the dead (though tame, winter) and gone on long walks through shaded roads.

heaven is a state of mind.

i am returning to the easy/elusive task of keeping an online diary. the purpose of which, to capture my circling within the vacuum of overwhelming thought and feeling. i am returning.
